What we collect

Agent Performance collects two distinct categories of data:

1. Publicly available property data. Sold-property records and the names of agents listed against them, sourced from public Australian property listing portals. We do not collect agents' private contact details from these sources unless explicitly published.
2. Account data from signed-up users. Free signups (mobile verification, no card) collect: name, agency, role, Australian mobile number, IP address, and user agent. Recruiting Radar upgraders additionally provide: email and billing details (handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers). This information is used to authenticate you, send service-related emails or SMS (including the Monday-morning Radar digest if you upgrade), and prevent abuse.

How we use it

Property data is used to compute and display performance metrics on this site. Account data is used to deliver the service, including authentication and the weekly digest email. We do not sell your account data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

Australian Privacy Act

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Agents whose names appear on this site can request a correction if any data is inaccurate. Correction requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for usage measurement. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.
